AN APARTMENT FROM SUPERLOTO IS THE BEST PRESENT!!!

The 59th apartment in Minsk has been handed over in SUPERLOTO!

A 22-year-old citizen of Bobruisk Vasily Petuh won a new apartment in Minsk worth over BYR 160 000 000 in the 256th SUPERLOTO draw!

Vasily Petuh bought his lucky SUPERLOTO lottery ticket on the 7th of January on Christmas Eve near his house in Bobruisk. And he experienced the magic of this wonderful holiday! An accidental coincidence of numbers brought him... an apartment in Minsk!

“I play SUPERLOTO regularly. But I have never won great prizes before, only small cash prizes”, - Vasily says. “I bought just one ticket. My whole family watched the SUPERLOTO TV-show. The casks were pulled out of the sack one after another; I hardly had time to cross out numbers in the ticket. Surprisingly – one coincidence after another! Tempers ran high, adrenalin rush was great. And finally the last number was left uncrossed... Just one number separated me from winning an apartment. Then the presenter announced cask number eight! I had this number in my ticket – number eight!!! A bit later I was carried away by a storm of emotions, congratulations, doubts.”

Vasily recollects with great pleasure that lucky draw which brought him so many new impressions and the desirable prize. After the solemn handing over of the certificate and keys from the apartment the winner told the journalists of the press-service of “National Sports Lotteries” about his plans for the future:“I live and work in Bobruisk, because my relatives live here. That is why, frankly speaking, I haven’t thought about moving to Minsk. But I’m absolutely sure that I’ll keep on playing SUPERLOTO! I’m just fond of this game! And as it turned out fortune favours persistent people!”

The Charitable Campaign “GARRISON”

The 5th charitable campaign “GARRISON” took place in the 7th Guards Novgorod-Berlin independent tank battalion. The creative team of the lottery visited the museum of the military unit made by the soldiers and learnt about the events of the operation of taking Berlin in which the 7th Guards tank battalion participated at the time of the Great Patriotic War. The creative team of the lottery felt the spirit of heroism and bravery which penetrates the whole history of this military unit.

Nowadays the guardsmen follow with dignity the traditions of front-line soldiers. The soldiers showed classrooms with modern exercise equipment, where future members of tank crews are trained, models of defense technology which the battalion has in its arsenal to the creative team of SUPERLOTO.

Within the boundaries of the military-patriotic campaign “GARRISON” the soldiers received sports equipment worth BYR 3 000 000 and a bright concert from the creative team of the lottery. The battalion commander major Alexander Lavrenov thanked SUPERLOTO for the presents and positive emotions.

The "Special drawing for non-winning SUPERLOTO tickets" was held on February 7, 2010 during the 259th draw of the SUPERLOTO lottery. 20 550 envelopes were registered for participation in the drawing.
